Paula Gil García llegó a la literatura tras muchos años como periodista y profesora de español en Alemania y Estados Unidos. Su primer libro, Cuarenta mil años sin ti, es una distopía adictiva publicada por Nowevolution Editorial en abril de 2020 y fue seleccionada como una de las finalistas de los XXIII Premios Fernando Lara de Novela. Ha escrito también las novelas Alpha y Cero Coma Tres, la segunda parte de Cuarenta mil años sin ti, que se publicó en junio de 2023. Actualmente trabaja en su cuarto libro y primer thriller.
Paula Gil García became an author after many years working as a journalist and Spanish teacher in Germany and the US. Her first book, Forty Thousand Years Without You, is an addicting dystopian novel published in Spain by Nowevolution Editorial. It was shortlisted for the XXIII Premio Fernando Lara de Novela, one of the most prestigious literary awards in Spain. Some of her other works of fiction include Alpha and Zero Coma Three, which was published by Nowevolution Editorial in June 2023. Right now, Paula Gil García is working on a new project that will be her fourth book and first thriller.
